The tomatoes got little bit burnt on the outside of that second loaf; this is what the inside of the one we had for lunch looked like:

Tomato and garlic bread

I used the olive dough recipe from Dough: Simple Contemporary Bread by Richard Bertinet, and the bread was a bit softer and fluffier than I was expecting (I was hoping for something chewier and more substantial), but it was a fun process.
